    Our Chapter is preparing to do a general survey of our membership.  I'm looking for sample surveys.  We also have a paid Survey Monkey account.  If anyone has a survey that they can send to our Survey Monkey account, we would greatly appreciate it!  I'm not exactly sure how that works but I'm sure we can figure it out.     Our chapter, the Sacramento Area HR Association (SAHRA) recently launched a general membership survey.
