    At Oklahoma City, we take a very liberal approach and make refunds on chapter meetings right up until the morning of the luncheon even though the food, name tags, handouts, etc. have been completed.  We do not make refunds after the event for those that just failed to attend.  The way we do business, I rather have a registration cancel in advance and make a refund  than a "walkin" attendee show up and expect to be fed, have a handout and claim a CEU!  We rarely meet where there is a kitchen on-site capable of throwing something together for the "walkin" to eat.

    Event Cancellation by Sponsor

    • NETSHRM reserves the right to cancel an event due to low registration or other circumstances which would make the event non-viable.
    • If NETSHRM cancels an event, registrants will be offered a full refund.
    • Should circumstances arise that result in the postponement of an event, registrants will have the option to either receive a full refund or transfer registration to the same event at the new, future date.

    Registration Cancellation by Participant

    • Unless specifically stated in registration materials, the deadline to receive a refund for your registration is 3 business days before the event.
    • Cancellations received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for a refund.
    • Refunds will not be available for registrants who choose not to attend an event.
    • Cancellations will be accepted via e-mail to secretary@netshrm.com or treasurer@netshrm.com and must be received by the stated cancellation deadline.
    • All refund requests must be made by the attendee or credit card holder.
    • Refund requests must include the name of the attendee and/or transaction number.
    • Refunds will be credited back to the original credit card used for payment after timely cancellation has been received. 
    • If a NETSHRM member transfers his or her registration to a nonmember, the nonmember must do one of two things: Pay the difference of the NETSHRM member and nonmember price at the time of the transfer or Pay the difference at the meeting registration table.

    These above policies apply to all NETSHRM Events unless otherwise noted in the corresponding event materials. Please read all individual event information thoroughly.
