    Does anyone have any success stories on 2nd shift?  I can't get applicants to apply to our post even though we are offering four 10 hour days with a 3 day weekend.

    I am thinking of offering a $100 new hire bonus to applicants and a 5% shift differential. Our current shift differential is 50 cents on the dollar.  2nd shift hours are 1:30 pm to midnight.  We are a manufacturing environment looking for CNC and welders.

    Any Ideas ?  Thanks!
