Hello, I would like to know what additional information you add to your total compensation statements. For instance, we have employees who drive company vehicles. I would like to add something relating to the cost of the vehicle per year along with average gas, etc. Do any of you add amounts for training for the year? I am very interested in thinking outside the box in order to maximize this process. I look forward to your responses. Please feel free to provide your preferred provider information as well as I am open to looking at this as well.
