People Manager Qualification (PMQ)

The SHRM People Manager Qualification (PMQ) is SHRM's latest and most innovative educational product. The program is a self-paced, virtual learning experience that uniquely combines interactivity, gamification and edutainment to engage learners and build solid people management and team leadership skills.

Based on SHRM's 2019 Culture Report, the goal of the program is to create strong managers to reduce employee turnover and create a more effective HR function through better people management. We know that each People Manager has a role to plan in their organization's HR function, making effective people management a core tenant of strategic HR.
