Mega sessions are concurrent sessions in the sense that they are offered at all time slots during the conference. Just like all other concurrent sessions, you do not need to sign up to attend. The difference is that mega sessions are in our largest rooms (they all seat over 1,000 people) and are not repeated. These sessions tend to be our most popular. This year mega sessions will take place in the South building at McCormick Place in the S100A Ballroom, S100BC Ballroom as well as the Vista Ballroom (S406) and in the Lakeside Center (or East building) in E450, E451, E 353 and the Arie Crown Theater.
