NJ FMLA
I know that under the NJ FMLA, employees can only take this every 24 months. What happens when they will be short the 24 months, but did not use all of the paid 6 weeks on their last leave? Does it pick up where they left off? For example, they used 2 weeks of the NJ Paid leave, are they now entitled to 4 more weeks of paid leave, and 6 unpaid? If someone can clarify this for me, I'd appreciate it. Thanks.
