Breaking into HR
I recently graduated with my BAS and I am working on my masters. I have worked in the legal field for the last 6 years and prior to that I was a stay home mom. Long story short, I want to shift gears and move into the HR field, how do I get someone to look at my resume with no HR experience? I do have the education but no real life experience. I also have the desire and willingness to start at the bottom ,be someones assistant, etc. I just need a break. Any suggestions would be great.
